FISCO

What FISCO does
FISCO operationalises the EU's reformed economic governance framework for IFIs. It assesses both the design of the medium-term plan and its annual implementation against the net-expenditure rule, the debt and deficit benchmarks, and the operation of the control account.
Implementation monitoring
Tracks annual deviations and the cumulative control account, and surfaces breaches of the 0.3% and 0.6% of GDP thresholds.
